Building with a yellow frame behind a historic stone structure, people sit in the foreground.
  • An animated isometric view. A nine-story building with a large opening in the center. A red silhouette of a person walks along the outer balcony and descends in an elevator.
  • Modern apartment complex with a historic building, surrounded by landscaped gardens.
  • People enjoy outdoor seating in a modern plaza beside a historic building.
  • Aerial view of a modern urban area with high-rise buildings and surrounding greenery.
  • A site plan with dark building silhouettes and colorful abstract art in the center.

The project centers around the preservation of a historic building—the Kaser House—which was originally constructed in the 19th century by Salim Kaser. It used to serve as a summer palace for hospitality and recreation.

The project offers diverse apartment types for different household sizes and preferences, including small 2-room apartments (50 sqm) and micro-apartments (35 sqm).

Additionally, the project includes communal areas such as gardens and lounges to foster a sense of community among residents.

  • Map showing urban and green areas with roads highlighted in different colors.
  • Isometric illustration of an urban development with highlighted and shaded buildings.
  • New apartment buildings seen through a yellow-tinted window frame with a bird flying nearby.
