    Residential complex in Holon combines street-level spaces with apartments, creating a vibrant mixed-use environment that fits well into the cityscape. We carefully design our apartments for optimal orientation, natural light, and flexible layouts while keeping construction costs manageable for future maintenance. Our goal is to create unique landmark in the city, prioritizing energy efficiency and environmental impact. We also focus on practical strategies like repurposing spaces.
