We carefully design our apartments for optimal orientation, natural light, and flexible layouts while keeping construction costs manageable for future maintenance. Our goal is to create unique landmark in the city, prioritizing energy efficiency and environmental impact. We also focus on practical strategies like repurposing spaces.
